As you know Hack4Health is scaling fast. In just 3 months, we’ve grown to 1400+ members.

We are looking for a few high-performing leaders to join the Executive Board.

People (recruiters, college AO's) care about Impact at Scale.

As an Exec, you aren't just a participant; you are running a global organization. You will be able to put "Director" or "Lead" of a 1400+ person nonprofit on your Common App. You will get direct access to our sponsor network and help curate the next wave of published research.

What you will do:

We need people who aren't afraid to execute.

Operations & Logistics: The engine of the org. You ensure events run smoothly, manage the community, and coordinate timelines.

Outreach & Growth: You lead the strategy to expand to 2,000+ members and secure new partners.

Student Success: You guide participants from "Idea" to "Submission," helping manage the flow of projects.

We are looking for people who:

Are organized and responsive.

Want high-level leadership experience.

Can execute without hand-holding.
